SO I ordered these personalized plates from this company called "Chasing Fireflies" and overpriced, children's, mainly girly girl, boutique...
The plate should have read Lizzie's birthday plate but instead just has the name on it. Everytime,. I call in, the customer service person does not understand what when wrong. They think that the name is misspelled and think that I am the one that got the order wrong. Additionally, they offered nothing in return for the wrong/misprinted item. Now I know that it is the vendor that made the mistake but usually, a company to try to "make" up for the mistake offers 10% discount or any discount on the next order to try to "keep" the customer. An apology just doesn't cut it anymore particularly in this economy. This person finally asked me what I wanted. hmmm.... what did I want? Isn't it usually their job to tell me what I can get? How about a nice job, lots of money, a great body, no wrinkles and 2 personlized plates that I ordered on time... However, I won't get any of those so I will settle for 2 plates at some point in time.
So how about this... I asked for the express shipping (3day) to be refunded since it really doesn't matter anymore does it? The items will not get to me till 6-8weeks after I have ordered them now so what does it matter to get them shipped super fast for a birthday. Not really any point anymore ehhh?
